Introduction/Summary  On 5 Nov 2021, a developer’s personal wallet was compromised in a targeted phishing attack, and since he controlled the admin private keys to the BSC and Polygon deployments of Fulcrum, those deployments were compromised as well. The Ethereum deployment is controlled by the bZx DAO, and was not compromised and is not directly affected.
